Why I Built Aakaar
For years, I walked out of trial rooms feeling defeated like my body was the problem.
Some clothes clung too tight, others hung shapelessly. Nothing felt made for real curves, or my body shape. I thought I had to shrink or squeeze myself to fit in.
But it was never me.
It was the clothes.
I remember looking at myself in those mirrors and not seeing a confident woman. I saw insecurity staring back.
Aakaar was born from that realization: to create clothing for real shapes, real curves, and every Indian body shape, so women finally feel seen, understood, and beautiful.
Because when your clothes fit who you are, confidence flows.
And when you look in the mirror and truly love what you see, good things start to happen.
