Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges strictly within 48 hours of receiving your order, and only in the following cases:
Product defect. (cuts, stains, damages, etc.)
To qualify:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Tags and packaging must be intact.
You must provide video proof of opening the parcel in case of damages or defects.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
Email us at admin@theaakaar.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Attach a video showing the parcel being opened (unedited and full-length). Mention your order number, item details, and the reason. Once approved, return the item within 2 days using any trusted courier.
Return shipping is an additional cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds & Store Credit for eligible returns are issued within 7 working days. COD orders receive store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
