Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Standard Shipping Timeline
Once your order is confirmed, we typically dispatch products within 2–3 working days.
Delivery time is generally 5–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.
In certain pin codes, remote areas, or during high-volume periods (festivals, sales, etc.), delivery may take longer.

2. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or courier delays).

3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping for all orders except COD. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Return orders, unless items damaged, will also incur return shipping charge.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

5. Undeliverable Packages
If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address details, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please do not accept it and inform the delivery person immediately.
Contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery attempt with photos/videos of the parcel for us to assist you.

7. Change of Delivery Address
Requests to change the delivery address after order placement will not be considered.

8. International Shipping
At present, we ship only within India.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
